When Microsoft Graph returns HTTP 503 for a concurrency limit (CommandConcurrencyLimitReached, ErrorDirectoryConcurrencyLimit, or Authentication Concurrency Limit Reached), the connector now raises OUTLOOK365:CONCURRENCY_THROTTLED, instead of OUTLOOK365:SERVER_ERROR. The description includes Retry-After and, when returned, the Graph error code, request-id, and client-request-id. GET requests are retried up to four more times, waiting at least the Retry-After interval and at most 300 seconds. Write operations are not retried. Other HTTP 503 responses remain OUTLOOK365:SERVER_ERROR.
